Interment will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.  He graduated from Hobbs High School in 1961.  Harold is the younger brother of Marvin Evans.  When we held our 2003 mini reunion, Harold sang a song he wrote.  He had no accompaniment but he didn't need any.  He performed it "acappella" and everyone was amazed at his ability.

Susie Waltrip Class of 1961

Susie recently left us (Early February 2008).  Her children are taking it very hard, and of course, Joy, her daughter is very sad.  Her faith was very important to her, so everyone finds comfort in knowing that she is now in heaven.
